Dr Philippa Ramsay
MBBS FRANZCOG DDU COGU
Dr Philippa Ramsay is an obstetrician and gynaecologist who sub-specialised in Obstetric and Gynaecological Ultrasound and Prenatal Diagnosis.
She has a VMO appointment at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital and is a Lecturer in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology at Sydney University. She is an examiner in Ultrasound for the Ultrasound sub-specialty of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology. Dr Ramsay has written several book chapters on Obstetric and Gynaecological Ultrasound. She is a member of the Australian Association of Obstetric and Gynaecological Ultrasonologists, the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine and the Perinatal Society of Australia and New Zealand. She was recently elected to serve on the committee for the Medico-legal Society of NSW.
Philippa currently works in private practice at Ultrasound Care and San Ultrasound for Women.
Dr Linda Atkins
MBBS FRANZCOG DDU
Dr Linda Atkins is an obstetrician and gynaecologist who specialises in Obstetric and Gynaecological Ultrasound.
As well as being a Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, she holds the Diploma of Diagnostic Ultrasound. Dr Atkins is a partner in Ultrasound for Women and she also works at Coast Ultrasound at Gosford, seeing the tertiary referral cases from Gosford Hospital. She is also a partner at Hills Ultrasound for Women at Baulkham Hills Private Hospital.
Linda's special interest is in 3-dimensional and 4-dimensional ultrasound.
Dr Joanne Ludlow
MBChB FRANZCOG FRCOG DDU
Dr Joanne Ludlow is an obstetrician and gynaecologist with a special interest in Gynaecological and Obstetric Ultrasound and teratology.
She is a Senior Staff Specialist in Obstetrics and Gynaecology Ultrasound at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital (RPAH). Dr Ludlow currently runs the Early Pregnancy Assessment Service at RPAH and looks after many patients with ectopic pregnancy.
She is a member of the Perinatal Society of Australia and New Zealand, and the Australasian Society for Ultrasound in medicine (ASUM).
Dr Ludlow has been an invited speaker at national meetings. She really enjoys her time in private practice.
Dr Karen Mizia
MBBS BSc FRANZCOG DDU
Dr Karen Mizia joined the practice in November 2007. She came to us from the Royal Hospital for Women where she completed two years of sub-specialty training in the Department of Fetal Medicine.
Karen has trained at Prince of Wales Hospital, as well as the Royal Hospital for Women where she completed the FRANZCOG and the Diploma of Diagnostic Ultrasound.Karen is delighted to be working in private practice.
She has three school-aged children.
